Rad Tuesday Tunes

It's always great when your office decides to switch the heat over to air conditioning the day before a spring cold spell. The songs below are attempting to keep me warm. In honor of the weather, I'm having a reuben and chili for lunch.

Caveman "Easy Water"
Great band, great song... I love finding out about a new group right after they play in DC. Ugh. Next time.

Father John Misty - "Hollywood Forever Cemetery Sings"
Ex-Fleet Foxes dude's new album. Completely stuck in my head.

Beck "Looking For A Sign"
Beck weirds me out for more reasons than just being a Scientologist. But Sea Change was really great record (despite ripping off Serge Gainsbourg's strings) and this song feels like an extension of it.

Action Bronson - A Simple Man
I know nothing about this dude/group/etc... but this is working for these cold spring days.

Greg Dulli "Dixie Peach Promenade (Yin for Yang)" (Skip Spence cover)
I love this Skip Spence album and when I heard there was a tribute coming out for it a number of years ago I cringed. It's mostly pretty great and this song is one of the rare times when a cover is at least on par, if not better, than the original.
