Originally from Albany, NY, Sarah attended college at the University of Wisconsin at Madison before moving to Washington DC in 2004. She earned a master's degree in Museum studies from the George Washington University, and has worked, volunteered and interned at a variety of museums across the city including the National Museum of African American History and Culture, the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum, the Historical Society of Washington DC and the National Geographic Museum. An art dabbler, Sarah has played with drawing, painting, stained glass and ceramics.
