Our daily lives can cause aches and pains such as tight shoulders, aching backs, and headaches. In these stressful states, how do we relax? Learn how to loosen your joints and release your muscles in Less Tension, More Love. This workshop combines stretching and massage for a fully integrated and relaxing experience. The goal of the workshop is to clear your mind, spend time with your partner or friend, and get your body moving. You will receive personal attention as you flow through a series of gentle stretches. After the session, you will leave with a handout of the movement sequence to continue releasing tension with love in the convenience of your own home.
