About This Event

In conjunction with Urban Decay 3, a special RSVP First Friday event will take place June 1 at 7pm with three major players in urban art; Gregg Deal, HKS181 and Asad ULTRA Walker will be discussing their work as it relates to the new practices and gallery sensitivities to street art as a valid and historical art genre. The artists will be showcasing their talents live as they paint two 8'x8' walls that will then be raffled off during the opening reception at the Workhouse on Saturday, June 2.

Urban Decay 3, on display from June 1-24, is the third installment of this highly successful exhibition that focuses on the aesthetic of street art, urban culture and new contemporary ideologies within the modern art world. New contemporary emerging artists will be showcased alongside professional artists that have grown in popularity through common and distinct art practices that appeal to the popular culture of our time
