About This Event
Faye Lane’s Beauty Shop Stories is a show about the hilarious and heartfelt memories of a fat little Texas Green Bean Queen told through poignant story and stirring song.
The show has been in residence at the famed Soho Playhouse in New York City for a year and has won numerous awards including: Winner of the 2010 New York International Fringe Festival’s Overall Excellence Award for a Solo Show, 2011 MAC Award for Special Production and the 2011 Bistro Award for Musical Comedy. Joan Rivers raves, “That girl belongs on Broadway!”
