At FIGMENT\, anything is possible!\n\nBorn from the desire to share imagination and invention between artists and the public\, FIGMENT began in 2007 on New York City’s Governors Island as a one-day festival with 2\,600 participants and has steadily grown over the years. In 2012\, FIGMENT NYC welcomed almost 24\,000 participants on the island over two days. Moreover\, FIGMENT has spread to Boston\, Detroit\, and Jackson\, MS\, with more cities lining up.\n\nHere in Washington\, DC\, we are excited to bring FIGMENT to the nation’s capital on September 29\, 2012 at The Yards Park.
