Second of a two-part workshop! Taught by Connor Rasmussen, mixologist from Woodberry Kitchen, and Susan Belsinger, culinary herbalist and author, this class features bitters, the age-old aromatic flavoring agents, how they are made, and why and how to use them. Long used for their wonderful digestive virtues, bitters have become somewhat of a popular craze in today’s mixology scene. Limited space. This class will run 2 to 2½ hours with discussion and demo, tastings and hands-on preparation. By the class, Adv. Reg $40, $35 mbrs, Walk-in $45, $40 mbrs.
