On the final day of Richard Diebenkorn: The Ocean Park Series, VERGE ensemble presents a concert of works that reflect the abstract geometric forms, blocks of color, and sense of architectural space that characterize Diebenkorn's Ocean Park paintings. VERGE ensemble artistic director Dan Visconti curates this concert, which features compositions by Morton Feldman, Alexandra Gardner, 2012 Pulitzer Prize finalist Andrew Norman, and others. A pre-concert discussion at 3:30 p.m. will introduce the featured works.
