Maida Withers, legendary experimental choreography, premieres Collision Course - a.k.a. Pillow Talk a provocative evening-length dance theatre work of associated memories, dreams, and nightmares. This real yet surreal performance by four extraordinary mature dance artists exposes the fragile and volatile nature of LUV relationships in the digital age. The white-on-white stage setting provides a palette for the stunning visual installation of vogue portraits of the dancers by visual artist Anthony Gongora, on the edge of vulgar, performance poetry and pillow talk by Alex Caldiero, with live and compelling electronic music by veteran composer/musician Steve Hilmy.
